Unable to use commands to view the market price on Japanese client

Description

When using the Japanese client, an error message appears and the game exits when I try to view the market price of an item using the “/相場” command.
We confirmed that “/Rate” on the English version of the client works fine, so we think this is a problem only with the Japanese version of the client.
